What have I done and how it is going
Hello everyone! At the moment I have a lot going on. I still work as a customer service representative at grocery store, so my schedule is quite awful. Also I study at University (session study) youth work. But....when I have day off or have school days, i go to gym. I have kind of accountability partner, so i can´t skip :D Some of my days I have write down, but I have been thinking to mark my activities to the sheet, so I have better overview. I have been doing quite random things, but balanced. So today I go to gym again and before that I go to our Classroom and prepare myself correctly. When I started at gym, i had about 3-4 years without gym or other trainings. I am happy to say that with some exercises I have got up to same weight as I did when I went to gym some years ago. Also I asked from my doctor to do full blood work to know if everything is ok (last one was 2024) and the result showed that I have quite low ferritine, so I have to take it extra. It was odd, because I thoght I can get enogh from food.(I was sure I eat pretty good) Sadly I haven´t tried to record my training, no idea why. Feels a bit weird to find a spot for my phone to record, but I prepare myself mentally for that :D @William Bees
