I work in a call center that serves about 150 clients. Drs offices, repair companies, morticians and so many more. I've been back in school for a while learning some new programming approaches and focusing how AI is just another tool in the toolbox. A very powerful tool. I like to think that if we don't get in front of this, we will probably get left behind it. Your approach to prompt engineering is just so elegant, by the way. I'm looking forward to building some better and more focused prompts. In fact, I'm going to start that assignment right now. It's really nice to meet you Zach
