Hey all, I've been doing the outreach process that Adam recommends for a little while now and I've been seeing some success with calls booked and positive replies. But what I'm really struggling with is how time consuming it is to really scale up the volume. My process goes like this: Prospect a lead (HighLevel obvs) Shoot the video going over the report on OBS Upload that vid to Google Drive Send a cold email to the prospect with the video included This whole process takes about 5 hours to outreach to 30 people. I'm a a busy father, husband and have a full time job so it's tough to really scale up the volume to what I'd like to and yesterday was the most volume I've ever produced with 42 leads outreached. Does anyone have any tips on streamlining to process a little bit?
