Guys. I think I cracked outbound forever. I’ll break down the exact strategy below. We ran a cold email campaign for one of our AI Automation agency partners using this AI lead magnet strategy and it got a 42.26% positive response with 112 opt-ins in 2 weeks... We've gotten a total of 505 opt-ins over 49 days ✅ It’s actually getting overwhelming to the point where our calendar is so full that we don’t even have time to take all of the discovery calls. Here’s exactly how I did it (feel free to copy me): 1. Cold email prospects telling them you already made them something valuable (in this case, an AI chatbot w/ voice features); make it very easy to say yes 2. Prospect replies positively (e.g. "sure, send it over") 3. As soon as they respond, automatically deliver the lead magnet with the following workflow: Here are some examples of different AI lead magnets I've built (all 30%+ positive response rates): - Free AI Chatbot for your site (marketing agencies) - Free Mortgage Refinance Calculator (home refinance) - Free AI Voice Agents (local services) Other examples of AI lead magnets, depending on your niche, could be: - AI Automation Agencies: Custom n8n workflow or automation personalized to them - Paid Ads Agencies: AI-generated video/picture Meta ads for their business - Web Design Agencies: Fully-generated custom landing page - SEO Agencies: Personalized SEO audits/competitor analysis of their site - Lead Generation Agencies: Sample cold email scripts and/or LinkedIn outbound sequences - Sales Agencies: Free AI Voice mock call agent / sales scripts for their offer - Content Agencies: Custom content calendar + sample carousel posts All of these can be built with AI SDK + Mastra Workflows, and you can use Apify for the website content scraper to feed the LLM (here’s the free one I used):

I think knowing people and building connections is one of the best things you can do for yourself. My dad says, “You can pass college two ways: by cheating or with a group.” I believe this works for everything in life. Networking matters a lot.
