@Andrea Moxham & @Matt Sanderson Thank you so much for both of your input! I definitely agree with needing updated pictures. I am trying to decide on the hot tub (with string lights) with the idea of getting new photos done after. As far as occupancy, Cocoa Beach has limited all properties to 8 guests, with the exception of some that are grandfathered for a limited time. The higher revenue properties, I believe are mostly oceanfront. Have you seen examples in other areas where non-oceanfront homes can reach the revenue of oceanfront?
