I’m taking a break from online face yoga classes this month. There are lots of events coming up that makes me unavailable for the remainder of March. I’m hoping to re-jig my life a bit & return with a new structure to my community. I will also be hosting more in person face yoga classes here in Bantry soon. It's that time of year again and January is a stretch! January Blues are lingering but the evenings are shining brighter for longer and there's a hint of spring in the air. YAY. Thank goodness! Last weekend I was up in Northern Ireland recording my music with friends. I had a blast. I was making the long five hour journey back to West Cork mid Sunday afternoon and I realised I hadn't notified you that the LIVE face yoga class was cancelled. I dropped the ball on the admin last week and I'm so sorry to any of you who showed up. Apologies about that. This Sundays class is going to be a cleansing FACE YOGA class. We will do a thorough Lymphatic drainage routine to help release & cleanse any of that stagnant January blues energy giving us that wonderful uplifting feeling & glow. We're calling this class 'Silent Scream'. Thank you @Ciara Luskin for sharing this new pose with us. It's an amazing pose for strengthening & supporting around the Tmj joint, tongue, back of the throat & mouth. We also practiced those poses that are perfect for across the table at Christmas dinner. We've been preparing our FY poses all year for this very day. Feel free to post up a Christmas Face Yoga pose at the dinner if you fancy it for the craic. This class from today is usually only accessible to Premium members but I'm gifting you all this class for the season that's in it. Merry Christmas everyone. Take care and mind yourselves. I am preparing for Sundays class and I think it would be nice to give the face a good cleanse this time of year. This class is still really beneficial for those of you who need a tension released.
