Canva has been instrumental in helping me design and publish books, effectively bringing creative writing to life for my students. I use its AI features to bridge the gap between imagination and reality, allowing students to visualize their stories and engage with the writing process in a more dynamic, hands-on way.

Yes, I utilize Gemini extensively for educational purposes, including lesson planning and curriculum development. It is also a key tool for drafting and managing professional correspondence, whether I am replying to emails or formalizing letters for external organizations.

In the comments, tell us: 1. Who you are and what has been your latest AI creation (no matter how small!) 2. What was your 'lightbulb moment' at the in-person event on 21st March? 3. One thing you’re hoping to get out of the monthly webinar series. I'll begin! 1. I am Tom Millinchip. I have been playing around with Lovable, exploring how far I can 'vibe' code sites and apps. 2. It was seeing the community come together. I loved walking around the rooms during the roundtables and dropping in on conversations. I have also enjoyed connecting with a few of you in the past couple of weeks. 3. A solid, resource-filled, respectful community that can help push on AI in education, in The Bahamas.

Hi, I'm Wendy Moss and I've been exploring Canva and Gemini. The most significant takeaway from the in-person event was realizing that AI isn't just a "search engine" but a collaborative partner. The one thing that I'm hoping to get out of the webinars; is learning how to speak to AI in a way that produces perfect results the first time, especially when creating educational content
