1. What worked - arrived safely after my drive from Melbourne to the Gold Coast 2. What I am proud of - That what I visualised has come to pass! 3. What I will approach differently - Lean into 'what is meant for me, can't miss me' mentality when inspecting and applying for rental properties!

I am in the habit of following each meal I eat with a walk outside... feels weird when I DON'T!

Are you a morning person (lark) or a night owl?
More importantly - when do you do your best creative/strategic thinking and how have you designed your schedule around that? I'm definitely a morning person and tend to naturally wake up at 5am - 5.30am most mornings (even today, which is Sunday here on the sunny Central Coast of NSW). I do calls and also creative thinking at this time of day. I find I get 2x - 3x more done than I do at say 3pm, when I feel the "after school slump". I pick up my girls at 2.30pm - 3.30pm from school in term time and then spend time once they're home and fed and watered doing admin style or review based tasks with @Jovie Antipas How about you? How do lean into your chronobiology to maximise your day?

I wanted to share that right before break I completed the DILTS model with 4 of the teachers I am coaching this year. It was such a great experience. Now we have tasking to work towards when we return from our break on January 5th.

@Heather Wojdylo I have been great! Approaching the 8th session with a coaching client I onboarded last year - and it has been incredible to watch her progress and self-confidence (and belief!!) go from strength to strength :)
