How did the Passiflora Incarnata get its name?
Here are some fun facts about our herb of the month- The Spanish missionaries saw this plant and derived its name from: • 10 petals and sepals → The 10 faithful apostles (excluding Judas and Peter). • Fringed corona (the ring of filaments) → The crown of thorns. • 5 stamens → The five wounds of Christ. • 3 styles (central parts) → The three nails used in the crucifixion. • Tendrils → The whips used in the scourging. What do you see?

Daylily
They are not herbs but they are edible. Talk about easy to grow! What are some easy pops of color you like to grow?
