Richard Branson's purpose is partly fostering diversity creating a dynamic environment where people from all backgrounds, experience, skills and perspectives can thrive together resulting in... team work, makes the dream work! Bill Gates purpose was building a dynamic tech world so people can have more time for leisure. He believes everyone should be able to live a healthy and productive life.
