For those who’ve cycled MOTS-c 4–6 weeks, how long did you continue to notice benefits after coming off? Did insulin sensitivity or energy gains stick around, or did things return to baseline quickly? I really would like to try a cycle.

Does anyone pee more on Reta? I seem to pee more often than normal. Even in the middle of the night usually twice . I have been on Reta for 4 1/2 weeks. I would love to hear others feedback.
