Most entrepreneurs get stuck in the wrong "stages". They want to move from "spark" when they really got into business, directly into "scale". Not considering the "skills" or "systems" stages. I'd categorize the 5 stages like this, so it's easy to differentiate: Spark - why you want a business Skills - knowing how to actually make money Sales - the application of said skills Systems - leveraged "compounds" that repeat without you Scale - transitioning into leadership that scales Instead of hustling harder, you know when you pivot. There's a season for each stage. Every business owner goes through them. And if you try to skip one, you'll stay stuck in the previous one for longer. So just allow yourself to be in your season "for now". Accept that you need to acquire new skills. Maybe new systems. Maybe you need a new business that fires you up, a new "spark". Whatever it is, be selfaware enough to know what you need. Then spend the next 30 days obsessing over that. Even if it's 90 days, who cares. In 12 months from now, time will have passed anyways but you're now so much closer to your long-term goals. Hope this helps. G
