Need advice for improve Science and Writing. I have revised the rules several times; still not getting it!

The black book taught me to look for the specific details with the answer choices or the most frequent one. But, any tips and tricks apart from that? I'm still at beginner state and everytime I answered are wrong.

I just recently move to abroad to avoid the civil war in my country. Now, I am self-studying ACT all by myself. So, let me share how am I studying? 1. ACT Prep Black Book 2. Copy of the REAL ACT Prep Guide 3rd Edition ( pdf ) 3. SAT / ACT Erica L. Meltzer Grammar Rule ( pdf ) 4. ACT Ukulele Pratice test and other Online Sources. 5. Super Tutor TV ( Youtube Channel ) 6. Youtube and Rishab ACT course All of my resources are free and you can just search on Goggle and find those resources easily. And. Guys if there any free resources you have, please share with me. Give me advice. I will take the test on October 26 International Test Date.

Yesterday, I try to register for the October 26 test date ,but I was stuck at billing step. They told me "Unable to Process your Payment, Plese Try Again Later" and Later it told me " The system is currently experiencing a system error.....". Plese guys if you have ever enounter this situation pls help me.

Hi!! I will take the ACT in October. I just finished GED recently. After I took my free pratice test, I dont even get over 20 on English and Reading section. And, I dont want to buy any prep books for ACT because those are expensive. Do i have other options? or Do i really need to buy the prep book? Pls help me. The test is coming.
