How to discover the true personal data of a scammer who uses fake numbers on WhatsApp and fake social networks with fake registrations on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook

my account got hacked a month ago, but microsoft sends out emails of the address/location where the account has accessed, can i do something with that Ip-address?

Recently some not so tech-savvy friends of mine got hacked because someone they know and should have their phone number of asked them for their phone number. They sent the phone number (i told him not to) and next thing i know is that his account got hacked. I know it's not a OTP Bot because he didn't get a call or a text asking for a code. I think it's a inside man but idk. It's not a sim swap attack because his sim was fine. Just if you know anyone that knows how to do this message me their contact info <3. Or if you know yourself contact me on discord: @ifhb 😁 (Giant Yap Session) I also know people charge $200 to hack people. They show proof of them logging into the account. But really it's a fake app. A shitty fake app if i must say. The person that tried scamming me goes by the name @Hedonus on telegram and discord.

for hacking in games can you use any dma for any game and does it support every cheat? or like lets say if i wanted to dma in cod would i use the same dma for another game ?
