My question is..... If we have a difference in our name on Upwork and on our National Identity. it makes any problem or not?

I know that many people must be thinking that we are not getting any job as a freelancer so leave it. None of you will believe that I disabled 2 accounts of Upwork and Coz I did not get even a single job but But I didn't give up and continued and today I am trying to become a good freelancer which I believe I will become one day.

What do you guys do when the Clients increase and I have 2 in my mind what do you recommend, 1. hire someone under me and work as a team 2. Reject the Client

My Question is..... How to check my profile is active or not?
