Consistent Revenue Secrets: 3 Key Steps
Just saw @Jade Toni Belo and @Ibrahim T ask this earlier I had a chat with him… So I recorded a walkthrough on the 3 things we do to maintain a consistent revenue month over month at $250k/mo without our Stripe looking like a rollercoaster. Booking 400+ calls
I noticed @Jonathan Reece complained about not being able to book enough calls consistently… So I sent him the breakdown of the framework we use to book over 400 calls month over month without having to spend thousands on ads, or hours on content. If you want it, I’ll send it in the comments below just comment the word “calls”. Admins if it helps, might be useful as a free resource in the classroom?

You Need To Zone In To Win
Here’s a reason you can’t scale… (maybe) You’re always testing instead of doing. Founders get stuck in this endless loop… Always testing new ways to get leads & new ways of making more sales. And there’s nothing wrong with it… But if you’re hoping to scale fast. You need to go all in on what works. You need to have singularity focus on a single funnel and sales process. I was stuck in this loop myself back in Feb 2023 when launching my first agency…. We had success booking calls with cold DMs. But I would keep getting distracted by testing other client attraction systems. (emails, organic content, group funnels…) It’s only when I doubled down on that single client attraction mechanism. Things took a turn… And I landed my first client for $6k Because once you do some tests… And you find what works. You succeed by zoning in. *What are your thoughts on this?*👇👇
