Any experts here know how to expand the width of the lower jawbone ( my palate is quite wide but the jawbone is not and it looks imbalance and cooked ) Any exercise beside chewing to expand this ( like thumbpulling for wider palate ) Appreciate it .

@Tran Hieu no i ment you can mesure the distance between your right side palet and left one. Use a paper and lightly bite it down. After that mesure the inner distance between those sides. Let me know if that helps.

Derma roller suggestion?

I am 15 and I have a naturally receding hairline due to my genetics. Do you think a derma roller can help and how much mm would be suitable?

Yo @Endrik Shrestha Thanks for asking. Derma roller is kinda shit from my experice. I would you Derma pen insted. Its hard to explain but i just hits your skalp better. On the other hand its lot more expensive than derma roller.
