Formulaic Language will save your fluency!
Nata, I really liked the video. For me, it is very interesting to learn how to build phrases or ideas using natural expressions to speak like a native speaker. It is a good tool to improve fluency and make conversations sound natural

If I was not afraid, I could speak English more fluently. But most of the time, I overthink everything because I don’t wanna make a mistake, and that makes me take forever to say what I want. I believe we can learn from our mistakes, I agree with the phrase "nothing is perfect " and for me it is good to learn from the mistakes, the life is like that, everything has a process and you have to enjoy it.

1) Why do you feel that it is hard to focus on studying English? Because during the week I have a busy working day then at night I am very tired, generally I go out late for this reason I usually study the weekends 2) Do you have problems concentrating when studying English? Sometimes I check the notifications on my cell phone and I don't concentrate. I am working to improve this. 3) How can you improve your experience through deep flow? I can avoid the use of cell phone, I concentrate studying alone and I prefer to stay in my bedroom to avoid speaking with my family. Also I can learn to make things that I really like. For example I can listen to English music or I can see movies and memorize new expressions or words.
