Biggest ADHD Struggles, Let’s Talk About It
One of the most powerful things about this community is realizing…you're not the only one struggling. ADHD shows up differently for everyone, and being open about it helps all of us feel less alone. Here are some common ADHD struggles: - Starting tasks - Finishing things - Time blindness - Forgetfulness - Overwhelm - Emotional regulation - Motivation swings - Organization - Procrastination - I’ll Go First (My Example) One of my biggest ADHD struggles is procrastination — something I’ve dealt with since I was a kid. Even now, medicated, I still struggle with not wanting to do things. Medication helps… but it's not a cure-all. I still: - Put things off - Avoid tasks - Wait until the last minute - But here’s the thing — I’ve also embraced it. I’m a procrastinator. That’s something I may never completely change. But I also know this about myself, I always get it done. It might be: - 1 hour before it's due - The night before - A few days before But I will get it done. Understanding this about myself has helped me stop fighting my brain and start working with it. Your Turn What’s one of your biggest ADHD struggles? No judgment. No fixing. Just sharing. 👇 Drop yours below

Why I Created This ADHD Community
I created this space because I know how frustrating ADHD can feel, trying to figure things out on your own, starting things and not finishing, feeling overwhelmed, and wondering why things seem easier for everyone else. You're not lazy You're not broken. Your brain just works differently. I wanted to create a space where: • We share real strategies that actually work • We support each other without judgment • We celebrate wins (even the small ones) • We laugh about the chaos along the way This community is for adults with ADHD who want support, accountability, and real growth, together. To get us started, tell me what's one thing you struggle with most right now?
