My key take-away was that successful trading starts with taking full responsibility for every outcome. Traders often attribute their failures to external factors, but taking responsibility helps eliminate those emotions that can lead to poor decision-making. Accepting that the market is neutral, and the outcome of a trade depends on OUR ability to make decisions within the framework of OUR plan, is a critical part in developing the right mindset.
