400+ members without knowing what I should do
Yep, so I got 400+ members inside my community without having had a clear strategy and I am just about to (try to) monetize it. I guess this is a β¨winβ¨ but at the same time I am not happy with how engagement looks like in there. I just joined Goosify today and I consider that a win in itself π Hope to win together with you guys π€

@Justin Yip Thanks Justin! The community is about training specific tech skills to understand certain concepts and land a job in that industry. I want them to engage and ask questions, participate in polls and to use the community as their "gym" to train those skills. I want to remove awkward silences - I don't want to be the only one who creates posts π
