That’s a great “problem” to have 😄 sounds like you’ve built some really strong connections. At a certain point though, that kind of networking can start taking over if there isn’t a way for it to naturally lead somewhere (collabs, clients, opportunities, etc.). Curious, are those conversations mostly relationship building right now, or do they tend to turn into business opportunities?

What’s been the most overwhelming part of the launch process for you so far? @Ana Belen Sevilla Ull That’s a good one, Ana. Selling high-ticket inside a community can be tricky because the relationship dynamic is different than with cold audiences. Is the challenge more around starting those sales conversations, or helping members see the value of the offer?

@Benjamin Ross @Benjamin Ross Yes. outreach is tricky because it’s so personal, and it’s hard to fully automate. A lot of founders I work with start by focusing on warm, inbound leads or structured follow ups. That way, they get consistent client conversations without burning out on cold outreach. Curious — do you find you spend more time reaching out to new people, or following up with folks who’ve already shown interest?
