@Wang Yongping Your ED sounds good! But work on the long A sound in "insulated". Also your stop Sounds (first//, it// had). If it's not clear watch this video again https://www.skool.com/lme/classroom/168d31e8?md=2a96d245cc204ca397f676cf33863278 and don't forget to join AMA classes to practice. See you!

-short e-
👉I've organized pronunciation recommendations for the short e from coaches @Clive Burton @Vinnie Ki @Rochelle Carr @Mila Zinoveva @Jas Karan @Coach Miguel in recent classes, along with words and example sentences @Shane Peterson that can be used for practice. 🐾Words and sentences: red bed, ten men, end send, get let, wet yes, egg leg, head bread, set bet, best together She sells seashells on the seashore. How many seashells did she sell? Whether they go depends on Thursday’s weather. Both of them went with that thriller. 🐾Recommendations: Read them in pairs. Do not drop your jaw. Hold it. When you say short e sound, just your lips stretching just like you want to smile. Speak egg first and then slowly move to the next word do not rush with all the words. Slow it down.
