Business Services
I’ve been thinking about this idea for a little while and I would like some of your feedback. A lot of you guys seem to need help with websites, product designs, images, and a bunch of other things that go into this business. I am thinking about offering a paid service where I do these things for you. This could be anything from building your website to helping you market your prints. I’m not sure exactly what this would look like yet but I would be happy to hear your thoughts on it. This would likely be offered in either a higher priced group or as a service within this current group. I also have some free things I’m working on for this group to hopefully help you guys!

For me it’s a good idea. Sincerely I need it, as I told you before, I have a studio then I don’t have time to study about those things. Let me know about the prices and what you think to include in this service.
New Shop!
I’ve been pretty inactive the last few months. Been trying to get a new shop and was finally able to make it happen this week. The last shop was really difficult to work out of for various reasons which led me to not taking hardly any orders or working much in the business. I’m really happy with this place so far. It’s the perfect size and right down the road from my old one. I can finally start filming lots of videos again and it’s nice having a place I can hangout at all day and work. Was not expecting to move into a new place anytime soon but this one came available last week and I didn’t want to miss it. I’ll be in here for likely the next 12 months. Just need to get some more shelving and fill the walls with art. It feels good to start taking orders and filming again!

Looks great! It’s much more bright and bigger, it’s better to create vídeos and content. Congratulations!
BeautySub Order
I'm working on putting together a large order from BeautySub for any group members in the US. I am still figuring out pricing and shipping for you guys + what you will be able to order. I would have to repack and ship your individual orders once I receive it so I need to estimate shipping costs and other variables. You likely will only be able to order frames and smaller prints. 12"x18" or smaller prints because anything larger would likely need to be put on a pallet (which I'm not doing). If you're interested, leave a comment below! I'm not ready to take any information yet, I'm still figuring out the numbers and will update you within the next day or 2. YOU MUST LIVE IN THE US!

New Shop!
I’ve officially moved into my new shop down here in Charleston, South Carolina. It’s pretty empty at the moment. I moved from a 322 sqf space to this one being 648 sqf so it’s going to take a minute to fill up. It’s not as “nice” as my last place but I’m looking forward to making the most of it. Once k get some art on the walls it’ll look a lot better. Just got electric wired in today. Now I just need some more lighting because it’s a little dark in here. I’m pretty happy with it overall now that I’m moved in

Get more sales
Here’s a sales tactic that could really work well for you guys. Reach out to 100 photographers that do weddings, family photos, and other events. Offer to work with them and provide a metal print service to all their customers. The photographer can upsell with metal prints and you pay them a commission on every one they sell for you. This allows the photographer to get paid more while not doing anymore work and you now have 100 partners sending you a consistent flow of work. The person who is most likely to buy is someone who just paid to have professional photos taken and the easiest way to sell them a metal print is to have the photographer do it when they’re taking the pictures. The big key is to make sure you’re doing great work and offer a good commission / deal to the photographer. It’s just like hiring salespeople for your business.
