Style breakdowns
I notice on your instagram page that your personal training clients all have distinct styles which work around their mechanics. I was wondering especially for the boxing, if you explain the different tempos of each style as well as ways to break rhythm in fights.
Timing advice
During sparring, I usually have taller partners this means that I often have to have to get passed the range. I typically engage with the low kick and a jab to the outside circling left (orthodox stance), but my opponent expects this and resets. I've tried lateral movement to the right with a simultaneous jab, and despite feeling counter intuitive it has been working really well. Whilst this has not been exploited yet I realise that by stepping the right my chin becomes very open as leading with the jab creates an opening for my opponent's follow up left hand. I want to ask if this entry would be viable or if it only works as a novelty. If so, what are some other ways I can bypass range before my opponent resets.

I only train physical conditioning at the moment, but I have 4 years of martial arts experience, bouncing around several disciplines.
