Hey all, I was confused about this answer to one of the Practice Test 1 questions. The problem says that the systems of equations has no solution, but, with the given answer, the equations are the same. I tested the answer on Desmos, and I got an infinite number of solutions. The explanation says, "If this equation has no solution, the coefficients of y on each side of the equation, -16 and -2t, must be equal." I thought equations with no solutions had the same slope and different y-intercepts, though. Thanks!

the slope of parallel equations is same and the slope of perpendicular equations is reciprocal and a negative sign to have no solutions the slope should be same and to solve this problem is very easy just put it in desmos and move the slider and you will get your answer in some cases if you are unsure about your slope you can do the y1~mx1+b so you will get the slope and the y intercept just put some values in table to get the whole equation m is the slope and b is the y intercept

I have a question for the quiz, it says that the first question: "What is the volume of a cone" is not 1/3 pi r^2 h and on the bottom of the question it says that there are no correct answers. So am I wrong, or is the question wrong?
