A lot of you guys had mentioned that phone scrolling was a struggle... I COMPLETELY understand. As a dude who makes his money form his phone, it's always a constant battle π
But that's why I think I'm qualified to explain exactly to CONTROL your phone, and not let it control you. Here are the 3 biggest things I changed in my life to take back control of my phone. 1οΈβ£ Phone is gone by 7pm I had found myself scrolling on my phone the most when it was early in the morning, or late at night. So to fix this I PUT MY PHONEI IN MY CAR by 7:00PM, and only go back to grab it in the morning AFTER I have finished my morning routine π 2οΈβ£ Team #GreyScale There's a setting on your phone to make it go greyscale. Studies have shown THIS ALONE can save you hours a week on your phone. 3οΈβ£ Timers are your friend When I have to use my phone for something--like responding to clients--I'll set a 10 minute timer and ONLY do that task till the timer goes off. ALSO, while I'm working, I use the pomorodo technique (25min working, 5min break). ONLY during my break do I go check my phone, which is in another room.
