10 contributions to The High Performance Blueprint
What sits behind sustainable performance?
We often notice the visible result: the target reached, the confident presentation, the difficult conversation handled well or the plan successfully executed. What we don’t always see is everything supporting that moment. Sustainable performance is built through: 🌱 Awareness of your patterns and responses 🌱 Capacity to manage greater demands 🌱 Structure that supports consistent action 🌱 Experience earned through practice and setbacks 🌱 The ability to adapt when the original plan stops working This is also where the value of coaching extends beyond the time spent on a call. The conversation is where the work is delivered, but the deeper value lies in the questions, pattern recognition, perspective and ability to help someone identify what is truly affecting their performance. The visible result may happen in one moment. The person capable of creating and sustaining it is built over time.

My invisible strength is persistence. Even when things don’t go as planned, I keep showing up, learning, and trying again. I may not always see the progress immediately, but I keep moving forward.
🎥 REPLAY: THE PRICE OF BEING CAPABLE
This conversation became far more focused on boundaries than we initially expected. What made it particularly interesting was how differently the same questions landed for each of us. The discussion showed that boundaries are rarely only about saying no. They are also connected to identity, responsibility, reputation and self-worth. If you don’t have time to watch the full replay yet, choose one question and share your perspective: 1. What did achievement first give you? 2. Who are you when the role, title or result changes? 3. Are you carrying something because it matters, or simply because you can? 4. Which boundary feels like a threat to your reputation? 5. Are you solving the problem, or training everyone to bring it to you? 6. Can you rely on yourself to act on what you already know? There are no perfect answers. The value lies in noticing how you interpret the question. Watch the replay here: REPLAY LINK Which question stood out to you, and why?

@Tamzyn Wegrostek Your Videos are so insightfull. Hopefully i will beable to join in on one of your session soon. The question that stood out to me is: “Are you carrying something because it matters, or simply because you can?” I’m learning that being capable doesn’t mean I have to carry everything. God has given me responsibilities, but I also need wisdom and boundaries. I want to focus my energy on what truly matters: growing in Christ, building my character, creating wealth with purpose, and becoming the woman God is calling me to be.
🎥 REPLAY: FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION
The Future of Self-Development Are we genuinely developing or simply becoming better at consuming advice? In this open conversation, Elan and I explore what meaningful self-development could look like in the future, including: 🌿 The gap between knowing and doing 🌿 Whether growth has become too focused on “fixing” ourselves 🌿 Moving from self-developed to self-led 🌿 Why sustainable change requires capacity, structure and support 🌿 The role of relationships, communication and human connection 🌿 How AI may shape personal development in the future The future of self-development may not be about finding more information. It may be about integrating what we already know and turning insight into meaningful action. After watching, share in the comments: What is one insight you are taking away and what will you do differently because of it?

@Tamzyn Wegrostek Thank you for the recording! 🙏🏽 You guys were amazing and so insightful. I really enjoyed it! One Insight: I need to stop consuming and start doing. One Action: Small actions every day will eventually create a big impact. 🚶🏽‍♀️ One Support: In everything we do, we need support. Having an accountability partner can really help us stay on track. One Review: I already do weekly reviews. I look at how the week went, what I can improve, what I can change, and if the same problems happen again, how I can approach them differently. My biggest takeaway: Insight only becomes powerful when I put it into action.

Do we genuinely need more self-development information or do we need better ways to apply what we already know? Tomorrow, Elan and I are opening an honest conversation about The Future of Self-Development. We’ll explore self-awareness, the pressure to constantly fix ourselves, the growing role of AI, the importance of human connection and why understanding something doesn’t always lead to meaningful change. This isn’t a formal lesson. It’s a space for different perspectives, real experiences and an honest discussion about what personal growth should look like moving forward. The event is now live in our calendar. Click Going and join us tomorrow at 16:00 CAT. Link for the Live What do you think: are we genuinely developing, or simply consuming more advice?

Hi Tamz.. I won't be able to join, due to work .. Please record.
Before you rush into the weekend… do this first.
It's Friday. 🤍 And before your brain immediately starts listing everything you didn't get done this week, I want you to do something different. Take five minutes and answer these: 1. What did I actually do well this week? Not just what did you achieve, where did you handle something differently? 2. Where did I protect my capacity? Did you say no? Ask for help? Rest when you needed it? Change a plan? Stop yourself from taking on something that wasn't yours? 3. What drained more energy than it deserved? There's information in that. 4. What am I NOT carrying into next week? A task. An expectation. A conversation in your head. Someone else's problem. Something you've been beating yourself up about. And finally… What do you want to make room for this weekend that has absolutely nothing to do with achievement? Your life cannot only happen between your responsibilities. So tell me below: 👇 What's ONE thing you're doing this weekend simply because it makes you happy?
