Part 4-The past 24 hours... (3-5 minute read)
PART 4 — THE PATTERN What Happens When You Repeat Your Identity? One good day is encouraging. But repetition creates transformation. Remember that one workout doesn't create a fit body. One book doesn't create expertise. One act of courage doesn't create a courageous character. Repeated behaviour creates patterns. Patterns are powerful: 💥 Identity influences behaviour. 💥 Repeated behaviour creates patterns. 💥 Patterns become habits. 💥 Habits shape character. 💥 Character influences your life.» So the question isn't only: “What did I do today?” It's: “What am I repeatedly doing?” ⚠️ Because repetition magnifies direction. Imagine repeating your current patterns for: 30 days. 100 days. 365 days. 1,000 days. 🤔 How would your next 1000 years look??? Where would they take you? Now reverse the question: What if you intentionally practiced your desired identity for 90 days? What could change in your thinking, health, relationships, leadership, decisions, standards, confidence, and influence? 📌 This is the power behind the 1,000-year concept. 📌 It's not about predicting the distant future. 📌 It's about understanding compounding identity. 📌 Small behaviours, repeated consistently, can 📌 produce enormous consequences over time. And that works in both directions. DON'T JUST BREAK BAD HABITS. BUILD A NEW IDENTITY. Instead of: “I need to stop procrastinating.” Ask: “Who am I becoming that doesn't need procrastination?” Instead of: “I need to stop losing my temper.” Ask: “Who am I becoming in the way I respond under pressure?” Instead of: “I need more discipline.” Ask: “What does the disciplined version of me do every day?” Then practice it. Repeatedly. Patiently. Consistently. THE 1,000-DAY QUESTION Ask yourself: “If I lived the next 1,000 days with the identity I'm currently practicing, who would I become?” Then ask: “If I intentionally practiced the identity I want for the next 1,000 days, who could I become?” 🫆 That difference is your identity gap.

If I continue with the identity I’m currently practicing, I could become someone who stays stuck in the same patterns. But if I intentionally practice the identity I want, I could become a stronger, healthier, more disciplined and confident version of myself. I want to be someone who keeps promises to herself, manages her emotions, takes care of her wellbeing, and trusts God through the process. 🙏❤️ I don’t have to change everything overnight. I just have to make better choices, one day at a time. My next 1,000 days start with the choices I make today. 💪🌱
Part 3-The Past 24 Hours... (3-5 minute read)
PART 3 — THE EVIDENCE Don't Tell Me Who You Are. Show Me.This is where identity gets uncomfortable. Saying “This is who I am” is easy. ⚠️ Providing evidence is harder. Anyone can claim to be disciplined, courageous, generous, loyal, or responsible. But identity becomes powerful when behaviour agrees with the declaration. So imagine you're investigating your own identity like a detective. What evidence would you find? 💥 Not what you intended. 💥 Not what you planned. 💥 Not what you believe about yourself. What does the evidence say? If your phone usage was evidence, what would it reveal? If your bank account was evidence? Your calendar? Your conversations? Your relationships? Your private decisions? These things don't define your entire identity—but they provide clues. And that gives us a powerful coaching principle: ‼️ LOOK FOR EVIDENCE ‼️ Instead of constantly asking: “Why am I like this?” Ask: “What evidence am I currently producing?” Then ask: “What evidence would the person I want to become produce?” 📌 Now change becomes practical. 📌 Want to become more disciplined? 📌 Don't wait until you feel disciplined. 📌 Create one piece of evidence. 📌 Get up when you said you would. 📌 Keep the promise. 📌 Make the difficult call. 📌 Do the workout. 📌 Finish the work. One piece of evidence. Then another. Then another. Eventually, you're no longer simply telling yourself, “I am disciplined.” You're accumulating evidence that makes the identity increasingly believable—and increasingly natural to live out. THE EVIDENCE AUDIT Ask yourself: 📌 What identity am I claiming? 📌 What evidence supports it? 📌 What evidence contradicts it? 📌 What behaviour would create stronger evidence? 📌 What can I do in the next 24 hours? Then do it. Don't wait for motivation. Create evidence. Every action is another vote for the person you're becoming. THE CHALLENGE Choose one identity 🫆 Then ask:“What is one thing I can do today that would provide evidence that this is who I am?”

I choose to be disciplined and consistent. 💪 My evidence is showing up for myself and choosing not to emotionally eat. I’m learning that small actions, repeated daily, build the person I want to become. One day at a time!
Part 1-The Past 24 Hours... (3-5 minute read)
How Serious Were You About the Past 24 Hours? The past 24 hours are gone. You cannot change them. But you can learn from them. Every day leaves evidence behind. Not simply evidence of what you accomplished, but evidence of who you were while you lived it: What did you think? What did you say? What did you choose? What did you avoid? What did you tolerate? How did you treat people? How did you respond when things didn't go your way? What did you do when nobody was watching? These questions matter because your identity doesn't only exist in what you say about yourself. Your identity is also revealed through the patterns of your life. 💥 Your identity influences your behaviour. 💥 Your behaviour creates patterns. 💥 Your patterns become habits. 💥 Your habits shape your character. 💥 And your character influences the world around you. So perhaps the most important question isn't: “Did I have a good day?” Perhaps it is: “What kind of person did I practice being today?” Because every 24 hours gives you another opportunity to reinforce an identity. You may say: “I am disciplined.” But what did your behaviour demonstrate? You may say: “I am courageous.” But what did you do when you were afraid? You may say: “I value my family.” But where did your attention go? You may say: “I am a person of integrity.” But what happened when compromising would have been easier? This isn't about condemnation. It's about evidence. You cannot transform what you refuse to examine. So look honestly at your past 24 hours. Ask yourself: 📌 What did my thoughts reveal about me? 📌 What did my words reveal about me? 📌 What did my decisions reveal about me? 📌 What did my actions reinforce? 📌 What patterns did I strengthen? 📌 What did I tolerate? 📌 What did I model? 📌 Who was affected by the way I lived? 📌 What would happen if I repeated yesterday for the next 1,000 days? That final question changes everything. Because one day may seem insignificant. But 1,000 repetitions of that day are not insignificant.

The past 24 hours revealed that I am becoming someone who is learning to control my reactions, choose my words carefully, and stay focused on who I want to become. The person I want to become is someone who is disciplined, calm, courageous, and intentional—even when things don’t go my way.
How serious were you about the past 24 hours???
The pass 24 hours vs the next 1000 years... What if the way you lived the pass 24 hours is more significant than you realised? How did the pass 24 hours with your current Identity, influenced the next 1,000 YEARS? (If you could hypothetically live for a 1000 years.) Not because one day can magically determine the next 1,000 years, but because the identity I carry today influences the thoughts I think, the words I speak, the decisions I make and the actions I take. And what I repeatedly think, say, decide and do begins to shape me. ✅ My identity influences my behaviour. ✅ My behaviour creates patterns. ✅ My patterns become habits. ✅ My habits shape my character. ✅ And my character influences the people and environments around me. That is where the next 1,000 years becomes a powerful question. Because I don't live in isolation. The way I live today can influence my marriage, my children, my family, my leadership, my business, my community and the people I encounter. Remember: 📌 What I model can be repeated. 📌 What I teach can be passed on. 📌 What I tolerate can become normal. 📌 What I build can outlive me. 📌 What I say can remain in someone's heart long after I have forgotten saying it. So I have to ask myself: 📌 How should I think during the next 24 hours? 📌 What thoughts am I reinforcing? 📌 How should I speak? 📌 Are my words building, destroying, encouraging or limiting? 📌 How should I act? 📌 Do my actions provide evidence of the identity I claim to have? ⚠️ And perhaps the most confronting question is: What am I reinforcing today that could still be influencing someone 100 years from now? Every 24-hour cycle gives me another opportunity to choose. I can reinforce the identity I have always carried. Or I can consciously live from the identity I want to leave behind. My future impact isn't created someday. EVERYTHING is being influenced by who I am today. And today only gives me 24 hours.

This really made me think. 👀 The past 24 hours may seem small, but they are still evidence of who I am becoming. Yesterday, I chose to move even though I didn’t feel like it, I challenged my thoughts instead of letting them run wild, and I kept going when things felt difficult. I’m learning that my identity isn’t just what I say I want to become. It’s what I repeatedly practise. So my question for the next 24 hours is: Am I giving my future self evidence that I’m becoming the woman I say I am?
Feed The Flame Part 2-The Process of Transformation
Don't confuse the speed of the decision with the speed of the transformation. This is where many people misunderstand change. They make a genuine decision and then expect their life to immediately look different. But a spark and a fire are not the same thing. The spark happens in an instant. The fire develops through a process. When combustion begins, the initial ignition creates heat. That heat affects the fuel around it. More fuel ignites. More heat is produced. The reaction continues. The fire grows because the process is sustained.Personal transformation works in much the same way. You can make a decision in one moment: "I am changing." But becoming the person capable of consistently living that decision takes time. The decision establishes the direction. Discipline establishes the pattern. Repetition establishes the habit. Consistency establishes the character. And character eventually produces a transformed life. DECISION → ACTION → DISCIPLINE → REPETITION → PATTERN → TRANSFORMATION This is why you shouldn't become discouraged when the evidence of your change isn't immediately visible. You may have made the decision today. But your circumstances may still look exactly like yesterday. That's okay. The fire has been lit. Now you have to feed it. Every disciplined action is fuel. Every time you keep your word to yourself, you add fuel. Every time you choose the new behaviour instead of the old one, you add fuel. Every time you continue when motivation disappears, you add fuel. Every repetition strengthens the pattern. And eventually, the pattern becomes part of who you are. 📌 That is when something profound happens. 📌 You stop merely trying to change. 📌 You start living differently. The transformation becomes visible because the invisible work has been repeated long enough to produce visible results. So don't demand a fully grown tree from a seed you planted yesterday. Don't abandon the decision because the results haven't caught up yet. And don't confuse ignition with completion.

This really spoke to me. I’m learning that making the decision is only the beginning. The real work is continuing to show up, even when I can’t see the results yet. I’ve realised that consistency in the small things is what builds transformation over time. The fire has been lit, now I need to keep feeding it.
