Summary from the first FIKA-Live!
First of all, thanks to those of you who are building this together with me. From yesterday's live: I got a question, he asked me what shadow work actually is. Here's what i told him: Last time you fucked up (yelled at someone, took a bad call, quit something you weren't ready to quit) you probably asked yourself why at the moment it happened. Wrong question. By then it was already over. The real moment was eight hours earlier. You maybe slept less than you should. You woke up tense. Maybe you have avoided your training even though you know it's important to you. Something from yesterday sat in you and you walked past it. Shadow work is catching the walk-past moment. On Wednesday next week we are about to build a tool for this together. Shadow Co-work.🤖⚡ I'll show you how I use an AI that catches walk-past moments for me. You build your own in the room. You leave with a tool you actually use. 👉 Tell me what you want out of it.

👉Welcome to ONEDGE! (Start here)
Step #1: Introduce Yourself Drop a comment below. Keep it simple: → What brought you here and what's the one thing you want to change? → Where are you located? → What do you do – work, passion, side project, whatever keeps you going? Step #2: Open See Yourself (Classroom tab). Head to the Classroom tab and open "See Yourself". Inside: a note from me, what "shadow" actually means in plain language, and two exercises to start with this weekend. Do them. Post what came up in 💬 General. That's where the work starts. Step #3: Be In the Room This isn't a place to consume. Comment on someone's intro. Share what you're working on or sitting with. The room comes alive when we talk to each other, wins, doubts, the in-between. We grow together 🌱 — Viktor

@Kim Wiberg Glad to have you here my friend, welcome. Real intro, appreciate it. Something holding you back and not knowing what, keep sitting with that, that's the whole game!

@Robin Lange Nordström Welcome brother. The line that matters is the last one. "I want to be the best right away." I recognize myself in that. You moved 600km, broke a 5-year relationship, found a whole new way of seeing, maybe a new part of yourself. All of it took being okay with not knowing. Somewhere it flipped. What changed?
First exercise sentence
When I stop chasing and just look at myself, I still see the guy who started the chase in the first place. Of course with a few more accomplishments, scars and most important: knowledge. I'm almost always restless and want to do something important (for me or those around me). I want to do things that I can look back at and either be proud of or laugh at later.

Most people look back and see someone they were trying to become. You're describing someone who was already there, just with less data. That's information. What's one thing in your life right now that isn't about proving something?
First exercise question
I also did the first exercise. I am determined, when I will do something I will make that happen no matter what. I have tried different things in life to make myself feel that I have accomplished something but I came to the conclusion that if I don’t go full hearted it dosen work. Besides that I love history and also find politik very interesting.

Love that you went first after me! I'm exactly the same, if I focus on 10 things at the same time, I can't do any of them fully. That's why I try to focus on "the one thing" that's beyond all the "should be". What's that one thing for you right now?
