As my life changes and offers me more opportunities to grow, I’m realizing that how I begin is how things go. Some people calling it “moving the heavy rocks first.” Others calling it self care or “non-negotiables.” Water and prayer have been my non negotiables and this week, I want to get back to stretching and exercise as travel lately has disrupted that. (I was in Atl for a week and now I’m in Mexico) oh yeah, and writing, Dr @Amsu Bey El says it helps with my parasympathetic nervous system and that all Lil Jeffrey so gotta add that.
