A few things I've been using it for: - Helping me search for brokers, agents, and property managements in my areas of interest - Helping me find property owners for Direct-to-Owner outreach (for calling, mail campaigns, etc.) - Pulling relevant leads into a CRM and automating follow up (which is where a lot of people slip) Curious to hear your answers!

Since incorporating AI automation into my business, I’ve been able to streamline some of the repetitive work that normally takes up a lot of my time responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, following up, organizing prospects, and managing appointments. The biggest benefit for me has been consistency. Instead of having good opportunities get overlooked simply because the day gets busy, automation helps keep the process moving while I focus on clients, negotiations, properties, and closing deals. It’s not about replacing the personal side of real estate. If anything, I think it gives me more time to focus on the conversations and relationships that actually matter. I’m still refining my system, but the improvements in response time, follow-up, organization, and overall efficiency have been noticeable. I’m sharing this simply because I know other real estate professionals may be looking for ways to make their workflow more efficient as well.
