Muscle up
I’ve been doing calisthenics for around 1 and a half years and I’ve gotten pretty good at it. I can do straddle front lever, almost a one arm chin up, decent handstands, l-sit, etc. I’ve also been doing or trying muscle ups. I can almost do a no dip muscle up yet a normal muscle up is impossible for me. They all say u have to lean forward once your chest is over the bar and then u pull up and I’ve seen so many videos yet I still haven’t got it. Anyone got some solid tips or tricks on how to get it?

@Mack Mcreynolds right now your pulling way backwards u should be swinging and moving in an arched direction on to the top of the bar.
