@Ronnie Jackson here's what I noticed to be fixed first to increase your community: 1) New members don’t have a clear first action (no pinned Start Here) 2) Most posts are founder-only, so Skool doesn’t see member participation yet 3) There’s no short challenge or event driving concentrated activity
