🪞 FRIDAY FREQUENCY | CHANGE THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO YOU
There’s a difference between holding yourself accountable and tearing yourself apart. You can say: “I need to do better.” without saying: “I’m a failure.” You can admit: “I handled that badly.” without turning it into: “I ruin everything.” That distinction matters. Because shame attacks identity. Accountability addresses behavior. 👇🏾 Today’s community question: When you make a mistake, are you more likely to coach yourself through it or condemn yourself for it? And if you’re being especially hard on yourself lately, try asking: “What would actually help me move forward from here?” Growth does not require cruelty. 🦊🔥 Rise. Realign. Reclaim.

🪞 WEDNESDAY WRITE | FACT OR STORY?
Today’s classroom lesson asked us to look at the difference between: What happened and What we decided it meant about us. Because sometimes the event is real, but the identity we build around it is much bigger than the evidence. A mistake becomes: “I always ruin everything.” A rejection becomes: “I’m not worth choosing.” A hard season becomes: “I’ll never get it together.” So today’s community question is: 👇🏾 What is one story you’ve told yourself for so long that it started sounding like a fact? Then ask yourself: Is this completely true, or is it familiar? No need to force a positive answer. We’re just practicing something more powerful: accuracy. 🦊🔥 Rise. Realign. Reclaim.

🪞 TUESDAY TALK | THE VOICE IN YOUR HEAD HAS A HISTORY
Yesterday, we looked at who taught us who we are. Today, we’re listening to how we speak to ourselves. Because sometimes the harshest voice in the room is internal. And sometimes that voice is carrying old criticism, old expectations, old shame, or somebody else’s definition of who we were supposed to be. So today’s question is: 👇🏾 What is something you say to yourself when you make a mistake? Then ask yourself: Is that correction… or is that condemnation? There’s a difference between: “I could’ve handled that better.” and “I always mess everything up.” One addresses the moment. The other attacks your identity. This week, we’re paying attention to which one we’ve been practicing. 🦊🔥 Rise. Realign. Reclaim.

🪞 MONDAY MUSE | WHO TAUGHT YOU WHO YOU ARE?
Week 2 of Emotional Intelligence starts with the mirror. Not the one hanging on the wall. The one you’ve been carrying around in your head. At some point, most of us picked up descriptions of ourselves: ✨ The strong one. ✨ The responsible one. ✨ The difficult one. ✨ The sensitive one. ✨ The fixer. ✨ The independent one. ✨ The one who always has it together. Some of those descriptions may be true. Some might have been survival roles. And some may have come from people who only knew one version of you. So today’s community question is simple: 👇🏾 Growing up, what were you known as “the _____ one”? And the bigger question: Do you still identify with that version of yourself today? No perfect answer required. We’re just noticing what we’ve been carrying. 🦊🪞 Rise. Realign. Reclaim.

🕯️ SUNDAY SERVICE | THE WISDOM OF WHAT YOU FEEL
Week One is complete. And this week was never about becoming less emotional. It was about becoming more aware. Aware of what you feel. Aware of what sits underneath the first reaction. Aware of the stories you attach to your emotions. Aware of the patterns that try to speak before you do. Aware of when you need action and when you simply need room to feel. That awareness matters. Because you cannot change what you refuse to notice. And you cannot respond intentionally to an emotion you never learned how to name. 🔥 SUNDAY REFLECTION What emotion showed up most often for you this week? What feeling was hardest to admit? What reaction or pattern did you notice underneath stress, hurt, fear, or disappointment? What did you learn about what you actually need? And most importantly: What do you want to carry with you into next week? Awareness is not the finish line. It is the light that allows you to see the road. BENEDICTION May you trust yourself enough to listen inward. May you recognize your emotions without allowing them to rule you. May you meet your tenderness with compassion, your anger with curiosity, and your fear with patience. May you release the pressure to understand everything at once. And may the awareness you awakened this week guide you toward responses that honor both your truth and your peace. Rise. Realign. Reclaim.
