Yesterday, we looked at who taught us who we are. Today, we’re listening to how we speak to ourselves. Because sometimes the harshest voice in the room is internal. And sometimes that voice is carrying old criticism, old expectations, old shame, or somebody else’s definition of who we were supposed to be. So today’s question is: 👇🏾 What is something you say to yourself when you make a mistake? Then ask yourself: Is that correction… or is that condemnation? There’s a difference between: “I could’ve handled that better.” and “I always mess everything up.” One addresses the moment. The other attacks your identity. This week, we’re paying attention to which one we’ve been practicing. 🦊🔥 Rise. Realign. Reclaim.
