Start 2025 As Your Best Self🌟
As the New Year is only a couple of days away I would love to know your intentions for the upcoming year. Because without intention, and without direction, how do you expect to get closer to where you want to go? So.. What do you want from the year 2025? A year of growth, progress, improvement, and success, or a year of wasted potential, missed opportunities, “what if's", and running in circles? If you truly want 2025 to be the year you finally unlock your full potential and become your Best Self, I urge you to join me in taking a step in that direction, and use the energy and momentum to start the year in the best possible way. I will be starting 2025 by committing to follow The 30-day Best Self Protocol™, and for 30 days focus on showing up as the best version of myself, growing in all areas of my life, and closing the gap towards being my Best Self. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥™ - Daily Gratitude Journaling. - 30 min exercise every day (anything physical) - 10 min mindfulness (meditation, breath-work, etc). - 10 minutes of reading non-fiction book. - Follow a diet of own choice & preference, with 1 cheat day a week. - 1 big goal for the 30-day period If you have been waiting for the perfect moment to commit to your growth, discover your full potential, and get closer to being your Best Self - this is it. 30 days.. no distractions, no excuses, and no deviation. 30 days that will make you grow in all areas of your life, and pridefully get closer to unlocking the full potential you have within. 30 days for you to be your Best Self.. This is not for you if you are waiting for the moment everything aligns and you have nothing else to do. This is for you if you are ready to finally commit to being who you want to be, and grow in the areas of life that will take you closer to it. @Tristan Gregoire keep creating content consistently, which is more of the continuation of previous months! And when it comes to a goal I want to start a podcast finally (even tho I kinda did before but couldn’t stay consistent and didn’t really knew how to make it happen)👌🏼

Day 1 Of The 30-Day Best Self Protocol 💭
January 2nd, and day 1 of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥™.😀 Been a true pleasure to start the year off with such intention and purpose by aligning more with my Best Self, and hope you are feeling the same! I know many of you have also started the year by committing to your Best Self and this 30-day challenge, and I'd love to hear about your experience and process as well, as well as share the journey and support and help each other 🙌🏼 Winddown and reading-time is right around the corner, so happy that everything else on the list has already been completed. ☑️ And even though it's only been 1 day, I think it's important to remember the importance of this very first day, and therefore wanted to share this quote with you: "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step". Because the first step is always the hardest, and if you have taken or feel ready to take this step, you are already really far, and in the right direction to becoming your Best Self. @Tristan Gregoire I’ve started to read Zero to One! My version of the rules includes not just gratitude journal, but writing sessions in general. Also I have Bible studies as part of the routine and protocol, not only non fiction reading. Not only mediation or mindfulness, but also prayer. Not a big difference 👀

Introduction
Hi everyone. I hope everybody has had an amazing Christmas!🎁 I’m Alma, turning 23 shortly. I currently live and study in Copenhagen, Denmark, which is what consumes most of my time. With the rest of my time I like to try out new things and emerge myself. My main focus for this coming year is therefore a bit of a continuation of this last one. I hope to continue to stay curious, because last year it lead me to a lot of great teachings. A bigger goal of mine this year is to go on a longer solo hike where I will be climbing my first official mountain. At least once a year I like to push myself through a bigger physical challenge, but this time im also working on my fear of heights🧗🏼‍♀️ So both a mentally and physically challenging goal. Another thing about me is that I love asking all kinds of questions and getting to know people and their stories. The people that knows me will tell you this is true. It’s truly fascinating to me and I might go a little overboard at time🙃 Regards, it gives me a great amount of energy hearing about people’s experiences. A bit surprisingly for one that has always seen themselves as an introvert, but I might have been wrong. I believe you can learn from every single person and not only those how strive to inspire. Its probably the reason for joining this community - To connect with more and get inspired by their perspective and visions. 3 words that describe me: - Creative - Enthusiasm - Authentic Gif description: I probably can’t get around being a nerd since I study biology🐛 It’s some I’ve proudly taken on. To me it’s a big compliment, that you’re so passionate and knowledgeable in an area that you stick out of the flock. Being a nerd means you have mastered the skill of learning, which is most essential to growth. So I love when people tell me I’m a nerd, then I know I’m exploring something that really fulfills me.
