so today i was feeling quite unwell and i took a bath and im not sure if what i did is real or if im just overthinking it but i asked the water to take away the illness i was feeling, cycle cramps, my headache, and after i was done i thanked the water for its time, and within the hour i was no longer nauseated, i diddnt have any cramps or headache. i still feel drained but im not in any pain anymore and i was wondering if any one here has tried a similar thing with similar results or if its just wishful thinking or a coincidence

Im looking for guidance, my DMs are open or feel free to comment, but lately ive noticed my shadow has been breaking out. i try to fight it, learn it, and deal with it but im having a little bit of a hard time letting go of certain things and finding the root of my issues for other things. I’m sorry I’m being vague, but i just maybe havnt come to terms to what she wants and responds to daily life. Anyways, I hope everyone is well, and having a fabulous week
