I love doing Hypnosis even in crowded or noisy places! It was great getting those instant results and giving them so much positivity and self-belief! Stillness How Do You Get It?
How you can practice stillness in your own journey and reclaim some inner peace? 1. Schedule a time. Practice stillness first thing in the morning. This is a great time to start the day off in the right way. I practice this. 2. Find a place. Somewhere you can go and shut the door. The main thing is to find a place where you won’t be interrupted. 3. Set a timer. Perhaps fifteen minutes a day. This is usually what seems about right. 4. Relax your body. Sit in a soft chair with your eyes closed. Then systematically relax your body and get quiet.  Maybe play a recording of the ocean waves in the background. 5. Quiet your mind. Think of relaxing and peaceful thoughts. 6. Be present. Collect your thoughts and be present—in this moment. It is the most important time you have. In fact, it is the only time you have.

Love it! Great advice. I love going into my meditation room, first thing and meditating while the coffee is brewing downstairs. I have to meditate and do hypnosis first .. then I can have my coffee while reading and journaling.
Avoid Burnout!
Are you working so hard that you don't have time to eat or sleep well? Getting headaches or just to low on energy to think straight? AVOID BURNOUT - If you don't prioritize rest and self-care, or set clear boundaries between work and your personal life, then you could be headed for a physical or even mental breakdown! Exercise! Exercise! Exercise! Mind and Body together as one for utmost energy and direction!

I really strive to heed this advice @Derek Fraser Crosson . Thank you for the reminder and @Sharon Horne-Ellstrom too. That’s quite a way to wake up. I get going in that direction sometimes but I start seeing signs that I’m overdoing it and then I get back into the balance again. It’s a constant battle to NOT push myself too hard every day. I love my work. I could do it 24 hours a day. But you can always do too much of even a good thing.

Thank you both! @Derek Fraser Crosson @Sharon Horne-Ellstrom I feel like I have a lot of angels watching over me right now and whispering to pay attention to my self care. I need to give myself even more of that. And quite frankly, it's like a letting go process .. when I do that and loosen up my grip on all the things I'm juggling magically it all works out for me. I mean, I went to Italy for 2 1/2 weeks and my business kept in pretty good tact while I enjoyed myself there .. but then I come back and I just want to go go go and do do do everything ... lol
