Does anyone else struggle with ACV and stomach issues? I tried it yesterday and it upset my stomach. Thought it was a one off. So tried again today… nope! Still issues. What have you done to adjust your body to ACV???
I have found that I have to add some freshly grated ginger to it and dilute in 12 oz of water. Which actually is better for your tooth enamel and helps prevent erosion of your esophagus over time.
It’s funny how the beach has the ability to do that. Something about the sounds of the waves just takes all your stress away and whispers set back and relax.
