Hi everyone, I wanted to share my experience during today’s ritual and also ask for some guidance. During the ritual, I felt something very unusual. At one point, I felt like I wasn’t fully in control of my body. I started making sounds, tones, and sighs, and my body began moving naturally on its own. It felt strange while it was happening, but afterwards I felt a sense of relief and calm. I’m curious if anyone else experienced something similar. Also, I wanted to ask about the journaling questions for this week. Are we supposed to answer them every day, or complete them once as part of this week’s homework? @Victor Oddo would love your guidance on this.
