TODAY’S NUGGET: STOP CHASING SYMPTOMS
I was just talking about this, and it reminded me of something I think we often get backwards when it comes to health. We chase symptoms instead of asking WHY they're happening. Headache? Take something for it. Tired? Grab another coffee. Digestive issues? Find something to quiet them down. Poor sleep? Find something to help you sleep. But what if the better question is: “What is my body trying to tell me?” A symptom isn't always the enemy. Sometimes it's information. It can be an invitation to look deeper at things like nutrition, hydration, stress, sleep, movement, digestion, lifestyle, and the overall environment we're creating for our bodies. That doesn't mean you should ignore symptoms or avoid appropriate medical care. It means we shouldn't automatically assume that silencing a symptom means we've addressed the reason behind it. That's a big part of what Simcha Healthcare is about. Education first. Understanding the body. Making informed choices. Looking at the whole picture. Don't just ask, “What can I take for this?” Sometimes start with: “Why is this happening?” That's where the real conversation begins. And that's also why I created the Simcha Wellness For People And Pets Store. It's not just a place to buy products. It's a growing collection of things I've chosen to bring together people, pets, families, wellness, and everyday life, because sometimes the right resources can support a bigger conversation about taking better care of ourselves and those we love. How we look, how our homes look, what our kids are learning, what our kids are playing with, our health and the health of our pets, the products we use, all effect us and our families, physically and mentally, on a daily basis. @Dr. Peninah Wood Ph.D I like the way you’re framing this around education rather than simply treating symptoms. The “why is this happening?” question is a strong way to encourage people to think more broadly about their habits and overall wellbeing. I also think the connection between people, pets, home, and everyday products gives Simcha a broader perspective than a typical wellness community. There’s a lot of room to build education around those connections without making everything about a specific product.
TODAY’S NUGGET: WHY YOUR PET MIGHT NEED A SUPPLEMENT?
Your pet’s food is the foundation of their nutrition. But just like people, every pet is an individual. Age, lifestyle, stress, genetics, activity level, and individual health needs can all influence why additional nutritional support may be appropriate. That’s where pet supplements can come in. And today I want to introduce you to Spirited Paw. For dogs AND cats! WHAT MAKES SPIRITED PAW DIFFERENT? This isn't a company that simply sources ingredients, puts them in a bottle, and calls it wellness. Spirited Paw has an 850+ acre certified organic farm in Wisconsin, where they grow ingredients used in their supplements. And their approach to the farm matters. They focus on building healthy soil They use natural approaches to managing pests They use sustainable farming practices They grow ingredients with care and intention Then those ingredients become part of supplements designed to support specific areas of pet wellness. Their products include support for areas such as: - Joint & Mobility - Probiotic & Gut Health - Skin & Allergy - Healthy Mind - Dental Health - Health & Vitality - Calm They're not selling pet food. They're creating targeted nutritional supplements for pets, with an approach that starts all the way back at the farm. Think about that: Healthy soil to carefully grown ingredients to thoughtful formulations to nutritional support for our pets. And as a pet parent, I want to know more than just what's printed on the front of a bottle. I want to know: Where did the ingredients come from? How were they grown? What's actually in the formula? And why was it formulated that way? Because our pets can't choose what goes into their bodies. We do. See what I'm talking about here: https://mavely.app.link/ZTG9MdFlu5b Remember when shopping through my link, a portion goes to K9 Spike's Fund https://www.skool.com/simcha-hub-of-pet-physiology-5304/about

@Sara Fredrick This is really well positioned. I like that you’re focusing on practical support and small wins rather than making parents feel like they need to have everything figured out. The “safe, supportive community” angle is strong.

🎬 The Conversational Age #4
Context Is the New Currency There was a time when success on the Internet depended largely upon knowing the right keywords. People learned how search engines worked. They experimented with different phrases, refined their searches, and gradually became more effective at finding information. The better the keywords, the more useful the results. Artificial intelligence has changed that equation. Today, the greatest advantage no longer belongs to the person who knows the cleverest prompt. It belongs to the person who provides the richest context. That is a significant shift. A keyword points toward information. Context explains why the information matters. Imagine receiving a phone call from someone you have never met. The caller asks, "What is the best vehicle?" You could spend hours discussing cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, boats, airplanes, or even spacecraft. The question is impossible to answer because something essential is missing. Now imagine the caller says this instead. "I am seventy-four years old. I live in a rural community. I occasionally drive on gravel roads. I need room for two grandchildren, groceries, and a walker. Reliability matters far more than appearance." Suddenly the conversation changes. The answer is no longer based upon guessing. It is based upon understanding. Nothing about the vehicle changed. Only the context. The same principle applies every time we interact with artificial intelligence. Suppose you ask it to write a blog post. It can certainly do that. But compare the results when you add context. "My audience consists of coaches, authors, and content creators who often feel overwhelmed by technology. I prefer a conversational style. Avoid unnecessary jargon. Help readers feel encouraged rather than intimidated. Include practical examples they can apply immediately." The request is not merely longer. It is richer. It tells the system who you are trying to help, how you want to communicate, and what outcome you hope to achieve. The quality of the response improves because the quality of understanding improves. That is the real purpose of context. It reduces unnecessary guessing.

@Stephen B. Henry This is a great point. I think many people focus too much on finding the “perfect prompt” while missing the bigger factor giving AI enough context to understand the goal, audience, and desired outcome. The interesting shift is that AI becomes less like a search tool and more like a thinking partner when the conversation has enough history and context behind it.
📌 AVAILABLE - APPROACHABLE - AFFORDABLE
Sometimes you do not need another course. You need someone you can talk with. Someone who will listen to where you are, understand where you are trying to go, and help you figure out the next practical steps. That is what my mentoring is about. I work with coaches, authors, creators, solopreneurs, and others building something of their own. We might work on your business direction, online presence, WordPress, content, marketing, A.I., a new product or service, or simply getting unstuck when you know you need to move forward but are not sure how. And you do not have to fit into a predetermined program. I offer mentoring services matched to your needs and budget, from individual conversations to ongoing support. The time to hire your guide is before you get lost in the woods. Want to know what working together might look like? More information.

I like this positioning. A lot of people don’t need more information; they need clarity, direction, and someone who can help them turn ideas into action. The personalized approach is what stands out because every creator or business owner is usually dealing with different challenges. Curious, what’s the most common area people come to you for help with strategy, marketing, or execution?

@Stephen B. Henry That makes a lot of sense. I think the ability to help someone clearly identify the real problem is already a huge part of the solution. A lot of people don’t lack information they lack clarity on what actually matters, what to prioritize, and what actions fit their situation. The personalized approach is what makes the difference.
