Traveling with the microstem
Could you give me tips and or advice about traveling with the micro device. I will be flying and have concerns about security and also concerns for how the airlines handle luggage and the chance of it getting dropped by airline employees. I have plans to be gone for a week or so and almost wonder it it would be best for me to just leave it home. @Heather George

I had my case thoroughly searched in N Korea. He finally looked at the booklet & then gave it back. It did hold up the line a bit.

Feel free to share any additional resources you come across in this string, or any experiences you have with the things we have created courses on.

General Vision Healthy practices
Here are the handouts from the general eye health class I talked about in our group today. Many of the things are what Dr. George has already taught us, with a few extras or even just reminders. Enjoy! xoxox

Fish Oils
I approached this topic previously, and read again today about fish oils. I wondered what your thoughts are regarding this since fish oils are an important eye health supplement. Story at-a-glance - New research shows omega-3s, including those from fish oil, actually increase key markers of chronic inflammation, contradicting their long-held reputation as anti-inflammatory nutrients - People with poor diets and high intake of omega-6 fats like linoleic acid (LA) had the highest levels of low-grade immune stress, even when supplementing with omega-3s - Higher omega-3 levels caused increases in inflammatory blood markers linked to heart disease and Type 2 diabetes - Fish oil often turns rancid before you even take it, and once oxidized, it drives inflammation instead of reducing it — adding it to a poor diet only makes the problem worse - Swapping out vegetable oils, focusing on animal-based whole foods, and switching to krill oil in moderation are more effective strategies to reduce inflammation at its root. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2025/08/27/omega-3s-linked-to-increased-inflammation-markers.aspx?cid_source=takecontrol&cid_medium=email&cid_content=art1Bttn&cid=20250927_TC&utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email

That's interesting. I need to read the article. One of my doctors suggested cod liver oil recently. I'm not sure if that would be any different.
