You only need to get a tax ID in one state (ideally where your US virtual address is in) Then use that tax ID and fill out this universal resale certificate template: https://www.mtc.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Unif-Resale-Cert-revised-10-14-22.pdf Just enter the tax ID for the state you have it in only and fill out the rest of the company/business related info
