I used to think “I should just do it myself.” So I handled every little task emails, follow-ups, admin… the stuff that never felt urgent, but kept my day full. Then I realized: the more I held on, the slower everything moved. Delegation wasn’t a weakness it was leverage. Having a VA isn’t about passing off work.
