Happy to be here and to learn
Excited to be here and learn how to use High Level. My previous experience is I was shown how to use the conversation queue to monitor chats for a company I was working for. I then started watching youtube videos and got really interested in doing this business

Lost
Guys, I need some advice to see if you can help or give me ideas. Here's the situation: I'm someone with limited time and budget, and I honestly want to get this project off the ground. I've been delayed in starting to promote it because I want to make a demo that I haven't finished yet due to lack of time. What would be the best way to offer it if I can't invest in advertising right now? Attracting people to a page with an on-demand demo (pre-recorded). Attracting people to schedule a live demo (zoom). My intention is to promote the software and handle the setup, not to offer lead generation or ad services. I haven't done online advertising for over 2 years. At the same time, I'm thinking of downgrading to the starter and going the affiliate route. I'd say I'm a bit lost right now. Thanks

FREE! Prospective Client Criteria Assessment!
As I promised to this community. I have attached a Word doc I created for assessing clients that I choose to work with. I created this document while training as a Jay Abraham protege. He asked if he could use it for the other proteges, which I did of course. Please use it as a template you can modify to determine the criteria you will use to determine clients, such as; years in business, size of database, etc. I hope this helps you along the way in whatever niche or business you operate in! @Robb Bailey

New to group and ready to launch my agency
Hello everyone, I have been reading a lot and learning from a few sources, and it's finally coming together. What I HAVE learned is that I cannot do it alone. I need my tribe! So here I am, ready to launch my agency after a couple of months getting a 30,000 foot view of this space. I have some pieces: GHL SaaS mode, domain name, biz email, Twilio number, Woodpecker, Mailgun, ChatGPT (paid) Canva Pro and Stripe. Now I just need a system to put it all together. I'm looking forward to engaging with everyone and looking forward to connecting here. I wish you all much success. Please let me know if you have launched yet, and any tips, tips, recommended tools for a newbie agency? Thank you in advance.

Potential new client, all from 5 words of advice.
It's amazing what offering a little free advice can achieve. I've just signed a workwear company who we had a consult with a couple of months ago. She wasn't doing great at the time and said to me "how do you get people to buy from you?". My answer "What have you offered them?". After a few second of processing this, she looked at me and said "so you mean just send them something?". Anyway, long story cut short, she sent a Whatsapp message to 20 of her existing clients offering a bundles package and got 6 new orders...safe to safe, she's happy. She sent me a Whatsapp to tell me this, and I asked if she'd be interested in automating this process. We're meeting tomorrow to confirm all the details... :) Just keep talking to people folks.

HOW TO SELL DB
I finished all the courses but don’t have access to the one that teaches you how to sell it one on one to a client. How do I get access? Any tips anyone can share?

WhatsApp Native to GHL
Hi Everyone, Does anyone have an idea when Whatsapp will be fully released in GHL? Currently, they have a marketplace where you can use a third-party provider or integrate internal companies, which is costly and not ideal to do with hundreds of clients. Am I right in thinking they will release WhatsApp as an option soon? What love to hear your feedback and insight :)

It’s already been released for the beta program. Check Settings and see if you see it!
Automate Onboarding
So, after signing my 1st client, how to invite him to the sub-account that we've built for them? Is there any automated onboarding snapshot that handles this from A-Z? so that I only have to conduct 1 hour onboarding session where I guide him with connecting their social media, GMB, etc. Would love to hear your thoughts OGs Marketers! @Robb Bailey @Haplin Milgrom-Hills

@Nando Rock my onboarding process is 4 weeks, for a high ticket package and it includes 4-6 calls. The access to the subaccounts is granted in one of the calls.

First DR campaign for fitness (in progress 60%)
Hi all, This morning I was very excited to start my first DR campaign for a gym. I got a few gyms for a free trial to get some testimonials. I have a list of 2000 contacts for this gym. Day 1: DR offer: Hey <firstname>, it's Ashley at <gym>. Today we are giving away a few FREE 10 day passes, if you want one, just reply 'ME'. If you want us to stop texting, reply stop. 100 contacts sent 3 opt ins but no appointments 7 opt outs I was a bit disappointed, but I will keep going! Day 2: DR offer: Hey <firstname>, it's Ashley at <gym>. Today we are giving away a few FREE 10 day passes, if you want one, just reply 'ME'. If you want us to stop texting, reply stop. 100 contacts sent 2 optins but no appointment 5 optouts Day 3: DR offer: Hey <firstname>, it's Ashley at <gym>. Today we are giving away a few 10 day passes! Do you want one? If you want me to stop texting, reply stop. 100 contacts sent 6 optins 3 appointments 1 buddypass 5 opt outs Today was a good day! Day 4: DR offer: Hey <firstname>, it's Ashley at <gym>. Today we are giving away a few 10 day passes! Do you want one? If you want me to stop texting, reply stop. 6 optins 3 appointments 2 buddypass 9 optouts We feel for sure there is more traction and follow-up systems are doing its job. It's a perfect start for both of us, so we will keep doing the remaining list. But we will do another test with personalized WhatsApp message outreach, which is more popular in Europe. Also we took over their 'lost leads' being the missed calls and the GMB chat, so we will start working these leads from now on. Day 12 of sending messages: We fine-tuned the process and we are doing 5–14 appointments per day including the buddy pass and around 7 opt outs per day. We still have half of the list to go, so everything is working very well. Ready to scale! Clear winner is: if you want one, just reply 'ME'. If you want us to stop texting, reply stop. Thank you

@Shelby DuBois the charge was not the point of my comments. I can easily afford any charge. What I condemn here something else. I am defending people, humans, because clearly some only watch their own lawn.

@Shelby DuBois to be once and for all very clear: I am not questioning Robb. I was questioning what YOU said and the judgment you showed. Once again, you have no idea what this type of behaviour does to people. But hey, you already said you don’t care.

@Robb Bailey the one who contacted has 10-15 Facebook accounts. This strategy is so unethical I am surprised people fall for it.

Know that you are trying to solve their problems. You are actually helping them. Money is just an exchange. Your first goal is to make their life better. Ask questions and get to know them, then offer solutions 😊 good luck!
WLS + DBR
I recently signed a new client for web development and rep management services. I also pitched them DR, but they told me they didn't have a database despite being in business for 30+ years! Fortunately, I have a White Label Suite subscription so I pitched lead gen with an opt-in page and they went for it. Curious if any of you had had similar pivots for clients without databases. What were your results?

I’ve been using WLS for 8 months, then I switched to a different software. My experience was not great at all, I lost a client because of how poor the search results are.

Hard lesson to learn
Hi everyone, I want to share a personal story that I hope will be useful, especially to those who are new to agency services and Saas. I started my current company a year and a half ago, and my first package was "agency support". Basically, I was the support and onboarding person for bigger GHL agencies. I did pretty well in the first year, but that model was not scalable, and I decided to shift to the Saas model. After a few clients for "just the software" I obviously realised the effort to close a 297 was the same for a 2970 so I decided to shift to the SWAS model. At the beginning of this year I closed my first client for this new package. Being the people pleaser I am, I accepted to charge WAY less than necessary. I closed him for 897, including software, DFY funnels and automations, lead generations, and campaigns. Yes, you can say this was wrong. But I told myself "this is the first, then I will raise with the next". Long story short, the next never came, and I ended up going back to agency support to pay the bills because this client's work affected me so much mentally and physically that I lost all the motivation and drive. He started with being enthusiast about my work, until he went broke (for reasons not related to me) and started complaining about results. He threatened to leave and asked for a downgrade option. I said sure, the downgrade is possible. Let me know what you decide. Results were clear and measured, so he said "Yes, it's just me, I have to be honest, I am going through financial issues, I love working with you, and I don't want to leave actually. Please design a 3 months plan to move forward". We never agreed on lowering the retainer. Today is the day I need to provide the 3-month plan. Last night, he was charged the usual amount. This morning, I woke up with an email saying "our retainer is now 600, as we discussed in the last call. Can you please refund the additional 300?" We never agreed on that, and our calls are all recorded. Plus I have everything written down.

@Henry David I am all set with all that 😊 I’ve been working in tech for more than 20 years in big corps and streamlined entire departments. The problem here is not qualifying clients first and not charging the proper amount. Thank you for your perspective, what you describe is my zone of genius 😊
