Passed DP-700!
Went in skeptical whether I'll pass this exam because I got a free voucher from the AI skills sweepstakes and barely had 2- 3 weeks to prepare for the exam. The exam itself was kind of on the tougher side but only in the way they frame the questions in a tricky way making me doublecheck/doubt myself even though I know the solution and have tried implementing similar solutions in a couple real life project scenarios. Initial Prep: Making up my own scenario of a implementing/migrating a company's data solution to Fabric and trying to implement each feature and finding out how to get the most out of it/analysing in what way it is better to the existing setup - this was partly to showcase as a POC for my project purposes, but still tinkering around using the Fabric Trial helped a lot in the end for the exam. Resources that helped me in the last week prep: - Will's 6 Hour DP-700 course - Obviously! - Most of the Microsoft Learn modules that I didn't have much hands-on like Deployment Pipelines, Eventhouses and Eventstreams etc. - Reviewing/Skimming the documentation based on each topic - Tips, Tricks and Topics to study for the DP-700 Fabric Data Engineer Associate | by Jon Vöge | Medium - PorcuBI's DP-700 playlist as a last minute refresher - https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiOFBpelbuTpkHXmpHBq4dkGlaVniHbVW&si=9EbJA57e77V_Ve6c - Practice assessment - Multiple attempts. But it's nothing like the real exam. I would also recommend brushing up and last minute hands-on on Pyspark/SQL/KQL syntax/usage and functions. The time management tips from the Will's course were the main thing that help me not to freakout. 100 minutes is barely enough for this exam, and it makes you squeeze every bit of your brain for answers. Having Microsoft Learn to refer during the exam is basically useless as I had barely enough time to do an actual review using it.

@Will Needham Mainly trying to see if we can implement our existing setup in Fabric and also learning Power BI in the meanwhile.
