If I’m honest, what can hold me back at times is the tendency to rely on my own understanding, wanting clarity, structure, and control before fully stepping out in faith. But God is teaching me to trust Him beyond what I can see or figure out. To move from self-reliance to full dependence on Him. Proverbs 3:5-6 continues to anchor me: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding…” This season is about surrendering control, trusting God’s leading, and walking in obedience, even when I don’t have all the answers.
What has been one Scripture that is currently shaping your walk with God?
A Scripture shaping my walk right now is Luke 18:1 — “Men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” It’s reminding me to stay in a posture of constant dependence on God, trusting Him, not striving, and remaining anchored in prayer through every season.
