Hi, I’m Katya, a Bulgarian-Swiss residential broker. I am 35 years old and have been in the sphere for over 10 years professionally, and 15 non-professionally, haha. I kind of inherited this interest and profession from my mother, who used to consult real estate agents, and so the legacy carried on. I joined this community, as I feel like I could share my knowledge and help more people like Velizara out. She contacted me looking for some guidance, which really inspired me to give more, especially to such young and ambitious people.

Hello, My name is Velizara, a 17 year old student form Bulgaria. I created VP Residential Broker Insiders, as I found the whole concept of real estate very interesting. I have always been curios about property, and I have always loved the fact that each one is different in its own way. No two are the same. Furthermore, I love the concept of homes and having a place to live, but I also see real estate as a secure source for investment and wealth generation. So I decided to combine my interest with my future and build up my knowledge and maybe eventually skills. Soon I will be applying to university and this area is a consideration for something to study. Right now my aim is to connect with people from the industry, so that I better understand it overall.
