@Josh Brown Hi Josh, welcome to the community! It was great talking with you in today’s meeting. I just wanted to suggest that you slow down the process a little. Instead of jumping straight into Claude Code or other tools, first map out your business processes and then tackle one task at a time. Prioritize the tasks that take up the most time for you and start by fixing those first. As Stephen mentioned, for now, just use Claude and keep your files in the system. If you run into any issues, feel free to drop a post in the community. We’re happy to help!
A Win I’m Grateful For
Hey everyone, I’m Ved. I joined @Stephen G. Pope community about two years ago because I wanted to learn AI and automation and figure out how I could make a living online. A few months after joining, I started helping people inside the community while continuing to learn. I eventually had a conversation with Stephen, and he gave me an opportunity to work with him and help run the community. That opportunity changed a lot for me. Over the next year and a half, I learned much more than just AI and automation. I learned how online businesses work, how to build things people actually need, and how to work with clients and a team. Along the way, I started getting my own clients and slowly built my own business on the side. One of the biggest things I was able to do with what I earned was start building a home for my family. Three weeks ago, the house was finally completed, and I moved in with my family. So I just wanted to share this as a small win and say thank you to this community, and especially to Stephen, for the opportunity and everything I learned along the way. Really grateful for the journey so far, and excited for what comes next.

Designer's Inspiration Gallery: A Site with a Full Set of Links
Designeer.xyz is a big, well-organised directory of design resources, not just UI screenshots, but everything a builder needs: design galleries, component libraries, AI tools, reading lists, and engineering references. The Inspiration section alone links out to 60+ curated sites covering interface patterns, landing pages, mobile flows, dark-mode showcases, motion design, SaaS marketing pages, hero sections, call-to-action galleries, portfolio directories, and even experimental web corners. Beyond that, the site groups resources into Interface Design tools (Figma, Framer, Penpot, Spline, AI generators) and a Reading section with books, essays, courses on typography, design systems, animations, AI-for-UI workflows, and UX psychology. If you design, engineer, or ship digital products, this is a solid bookmark, one page that points you to the galleries and tools, across the whole craft. https://designeer.xyz/#inspiration

For Discussion Purposes - Per Stephen's Request
Hi Everyone, Stephen asked me to post my response to his welcome message. I'm sure there are lots of smart people in this group. so hopefully others will chime in about what's working for them so we can all benefit. Stephen G. Pope🚀🔥9:23am Hey Jim, Welcome!. What's your main goal and #1 blocker? I'll reply back with a plan. Jim Hall 6:05am Thanks, Stephen! Basically, I'm just trying to learn how effectively use AI to be more productive. The release pace is hard to keep up with and it's hard to know what to spend time on learning. I have multiple projects in development, but my available time is the blocker. I'm a CPA with tax and accounting clients, but I will be retiring soon, and I plan on doing more creative work that doesn't involve client services. I've built an Agent OS local folder system on my PC, which has helped organize my ideas, but I did that with Claude Co-Work, and I know I'm not using it effectively. I haven't tried Claude Code yet, nor have I tried coding anything. Sorry for the long answer. I know you're busy. Stephen G. Pope 🚀🔥7:52am Jim thanks for all the detail, you're not alone -- I'd love to ask a favor. I'd love to create a discussion around this and see if other (I know they are) are dealing with this. Would you be open to sharing this story in the community as a post? I could respond there with some insights and ideas, and others could jump in as well, open to that?

@Jim Hall, you said time is the blocker. I’d say the real issue might be not having a filter for what to learn, so every new release feels like homework. Pick one thing you already do again and again, and build for that. Then the release pace won’t matter as much. For the folder system, the folders themselves aren’t doing the work. The instruction files inside them are. A good instruction should be clear enough that Claude could check its own work against it without asking you what you meant. “Keep it professional” fails that test. “Every memo starts with the deadline and the dollar amount” passes it. Most folder systems that feel useless are full of the first kind of instruction. And about time being the blocker, having multiple projects in development is probably the cause, not the victim. Pick the smallest one, use it on one real example this week, and finish it. Time always feels like the blocker when everything is only half-defined.
Busy Building
Hey all, @Stephen G. Pope asked me to share what I've been building because I haven't been in here consuming the great content he puts out. Here's the latest of all of the things I've built with AI just this year: 1. https://mydeprescriber.com/ - national directory for providers to train them in deprescribing. Recurring revenue model. 2. https://psychnpfellowship.com/ - Building a web and mobile app for educational content for Psych NPs. Community is on Skool now, but what I am building will be more focused on corporate accounts and self-serve customers. 3. https://pmhnpwebsite.com/ - I build websites for private practices with a runbook that I built that takes me about a day to build the site and then I require monthly or annual maintenance for recurring revenue. 4. https://pmhnpreview.org/ - I built a free tool as a lead magnet to bring people into our ecosystem. 5. I've built several recursive learning models to improve my social media posts and AEO + SEO. Automatically creating content & publishing to blog, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X through Publer. 6. https://stan.store/lindsayhill/p/doneforyou-practiceq-setup - an EHR (Electronic Health Record) setup tool where the customer fills out their questionnaire and then the runbook I built automatically sets up their EHR. It takes me about 2 hours of work to earn $1,500. 7. https://responsiblefleet.com/ - my mainstay company - but have not spent much time growing this company because its a highly competitive space and I don't really love it. There's been lots more in between to keep me busy and I continually work to use all of my credits in Claude. I'm on the $200/mo max plan on Claude and $100/mo on ChatGPT because I wanted to see what Astra is like.
