Master This One Sauce and You Can Cook Almost Anything
This is the sauce that changes everything for beginner Indian cooks. One masala base. Five completely different meals. Chicken & peppers, chickpeas & spinach, paneer & peas, tofu & mushrooms, mixed vegetables & butter beans. The sauce never changes. Only what you add to it does. Once you know this, you'll never feel lost in the kitchen again. The full recipe is over in my community Come and join us, it's completely free https://www.skool.com/everyday-indian-cooking-9801

Monday morning and ready for the grind! Iโ€™ve been on Skool for 8 months now so Iโ€™m going to make a video of everything Iโ€™ve learned and what has worked/not worked over the last 8 months!๐ŸŽ‰ Whatโ€™s your plans for Skool this week? Have you set any goals or are you just letting the train take you where the rails lay?๐Ÿš‚

Staycation?๐Ÿ™Œ A holiday to me is the seaside, my family and switch off modeโค๏ธ (I do bring Skool on holidays but I do the bare minimum while Iโ€™m resting!) What about you guys? โฐ๏ธWhat a powerful LIVE tonight.๐ŸŽ‰

Imagine your thoughts are like flowing water. And above that water is a bridge. Most of us were taught to jump into the water. โ†—๏ธTo fight every thought. โ†—๏ธBelieve every fear. โ†—๏ธSwim with every emotion. โ†—๏ธSpiral with every story. But consciousness invites something different. โฌ†๏ธTo stand on the bridge. โฌ†๏ธTo notice thoughts. โฌ†๏ธTo observe emotions. โฌ†๏ธTo allow them to move, without becoming them. Because not every thought is instruction. Not every feeling is truth. And this reminded me of my ferry experience. The visibility was almost zero. The horn kept blowing. You could barely see ahead. But the captain did not turn back. Why? Because even without visible evidence he knew where the port was. That became such a metaphor for life. How many times do we turn around because we cannot see? How many times do we abandon our next level because visibility disappears? Sometimes growth looks like staying steady. Trusting direction. Trusting process. Trusting that low visibility does not mean wrong direction. We also spoke about self-concept. Not changing your life by force, but changing your relationship with yourself. And one of the most tender moments tonightโ€ฆ We practised comforting our inner child. Wrapping both arms around ourselves. Tapping our shoulders. Breathing. Not to deny pain. But to remind ourselves: โ€œI am here now.โ€ โ€œYou are safe now.โ€ โ€œYou are not alone now.โ€ I shared a difficult childhood memory tonight and what became clear to me is. ๐Ÿซ‚Healing is not pretending the past never happened. Healing is becoming the safe place your younger self needed. ๐Ÿง And one activation tonight was stepping into your GODSELF. Not as becoming above others.
โฐ๏ธWhat a powerful LIVE tonight.๐ŸŽ‰
